Very beautiful sounds. Thank you for sharing your workflow, very interesting. I've borrowed a Dual Looping Delay off a friend but haven't had time to fully explore it yet perhaps now is the time... 👍

Thanks for your comment. Yes DLD is fantastic and got a lot of functions for the size. Looking forward to see what you will create with it

I love these articles of yours where you share your way of working, especially when you show me how simplicity truly fosters creativity.

I think that's the biggest mistake I always make—I forget to strive for minimalism or the simplest approach, and I end up lost in overload.

Having a workflow as simple as you describe is perhaps the hardest thing to achieve.

Thanks for the kind words. This is just my workflow. I don't always have time to work for long on my music everyday and having put in place this simple setup strategy is what gives me joy and pushes me into new sonic territories. Just try it and always record everything. Then listen later and curate what can be saved or used as a track maybe.

Very cool and helpful post. Cheers. I love the idea of not using the computer to record.

What type of soundcard are you using to get sound in and out of the iPad? Is it powered or does it run off the tablet? Thanks!

Thanks 🙏🏻

I’m recording to a zoom H5 or to the ipad via an Expert Sleepers ES8 connected via usb.
